ANOTHER 7,103 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed by Irish health officials today.
The figure includes 3,494 PCR-confirmed cases, as well as 3,609 positive antigen tests registered through the HSE portal.
The Department of Health says that there are now 665 Covid-19 patients in hospitals, of whom 67 are in ICU.
The number of patients with Covid-19 in Letterkenny University Hospital yesterday was 21 – the same as the previous day.
As of 8pm last night, the hospital recorded 21 patients with Covid-19, including one patient with the virus in ICU.
