Harry Blaney Bridge closed to all traffic due to high wind gusts

Donegal County Council have informed that the Harry Blaney Bridge over Mulroy Bay has been closed to all traffic until further notice due to Forecasted High Wind Gusts.

This is as a result of Storm Dudley.

A Status Orange alert has been issued for Donegal for tonight (Wednesday).

Forecasters have predicted gusts of up to 130km/h and winds reaching mean speeds of 65 – 80km/h. Gusts will be stronger on exposed coasts and on high ground.
