Donegal county councillor Donal Mandy Kelly doesn’t let grass grow around him.
And he certainly doesn’t stand by when trees are blown down either.
The well-known councillor was up early this morning cutting back a fallen tree which had come down overnight in Glenswilly as a result of Storm Franklin.
The tree was on the bus route to Glenswilly National School so Donal ensured the kids got to school safely.
You could say he’s branching out!
