Gardaí in Letterkenny are appealing for information in relation to the theft of a 10 foot Hudson builder’s trailer that was stolen from a house in Sessiagh Park, Castlefin.
The theft, which was featured on Donegal Daily recently, took place on Thursday the 17th of February at approx. 1.05pm – 1.15pm.
CCTV of the theft shows a grey people carrier, perhaps a VW Sharan (partial registration: UIG) reverse into the driveway of the house.
Two men exit the vehicle, both wearing their hoods up and they attach the trailer to their car. The driver did not exit the vehicle at all.
They then leave the property with the stolen trailer.
Gardai are appealing to anybody who was in the Castlefin or surrounding areas on that date around the time and who may have seen this vehicle (with or without the trailer attached) or believe that they may have captured it on dashcam footage to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.
