Coiste Forbartha na Carraige is to hold a vote this evening on the future use of their local sports field.

It has been proposed that the community field on the Line Road could be made available to Údaras na Gaeltachta as a site for development to promote local employment.

The matter will be discussed at an open AGM on Wednesday 23rd February at 8pm in the Old School, Carrick.

All members of the public are invited to attend the meeting to share opinions.
