Job Vacancy: Divers Hyundai Letterkenny are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator/Service Advisor to join the team at their busy garage.
This is a varied role and will require the successful candidate to alternate and prioritise tasks where needed.
The main aim of this role is to liaise with key personnel in garage to ensure the provision of a quality service to customers.
Duties will include:
- Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or cost
- Manage and review the workshop job cards on a daily basis
- Processing vehicle repair invoices and ensuring efficient follow up on outstanding tasks
- Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty Dept
- Record all relevant vehicle information on the company system required by Technicians for service/maintenance evaluation & quotation
- Completion of post service/maintenance administration using the company systems
Requirements for the role:
- A good knowledge of motor servicing industry
- Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
- Have good I.T. skills
- Have good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Full, clean driving license
