Erin McLaughlin was one of the 4 goalscorers for Peamount United as Sligo Rovers were given a rude awakening on their WNL debut with a 6-0 loss.

The Culdaff native scored the second goal of the game just after the half hour mark for Peamount.

The newly formed Sligo Rovers side featured a host of Donegal footballers, with Greencastle native Gemma McGuinness, Paula McGrory from Buncrana and Erin Coyle from Moville all featuring, while Caoimhe Brennan of Stranorlar was on the bench.
