The North West 10k Charity Run & Walk launches tonight (Monday) in the Mount Errigal Hotel at 7 p.m.
On the day of the launch of its 25th anniversary, it was fitting to go back to the first winner, Clare man Seamus Power.
Seamus spoke to Rachel McLaughlin about his recollection of winning the last Rockhill 10k in 1996 and the first North West 10k in 1997.
