Three schools in Donegal worked together to create a calendar to raise funds for Pieta House.

Inver N.S., Killaghtee N.S. and St. Peter’s N.S. together were involved in collaboration and shared education through CASE.

As part of this collaboration and linked to the Wellbeing Initiative and work towards Amber Flag recognition, they created a calendar involving all pupils in the three schools to fundraise for Pieta House.

All pictures/artwork in the calendar were created by the pupils themselves under the guidance of Maureen Brogan. They thank Joanne Mannion from ‘A Dainty Detail’ for the editing work and ‘Cavern Design’ for the printing.

Emma Murphy from Pieta House accepted the cheque for €1943.00.

All the children in the three schools, the parents/guardians, and the members of the local community who helped them to sell the calendars and supported their fundraiser for this very worthy cause were all thanked.
