Sisters Jodie and Keri Loughrey from Buncrana have been named in the upcoming Republic of Ireland under-17 squad.
The duo have been called up by James Scott for a trio of competitive games in the UEFA WU17 European Championship round 2 qualifiers.
The three games will all take place in Tallaght Stadium as Ireland host Slovakia on Wednesday before Finland visit on Saturday, Iceland round off the triple header on Tuesday week.
The two sisters, who both play for Donegal Women’s League Under-17s, were in the most recent squad as they played Switzerland at the Olivia Nova Complex in Spain for two warm-up games for this upcoming competition.
