Letterkenny University Hospital is currently treating the second highest number of Covid-19 patients in the country.
According to the HSE, there are currently 84 Covid-19 cases there.
The number of cases has dropped by seven in 24 hours, with one of these being in intensive care.
There were four new Covid-19 admissions in 24 hours, the figures which cover up to 8pm on Saturday show.
Only the Mater Hospital in Dublin, which is treating 88, has a higher number of cases than LUH.
Visiting restrictions have been imposed due to Covid-19 outbreaks in recent weeks.
