Donegal dusts itself down after Sahara storm!

Car owners across Donegal awoke to find their vehicles a little dustier than normal this morning.

Many motorists were left puzzled after discovering a red-coloured dust had covered their vehicles in a number of towns.

The dust in known as ‘Blood Rain’ and comes all the way from North Africa.

The dust comes form the Sahara but was driven towards Ireland by a weather front known as Storm Celia by Spanish authorities.

Spain even issued a poor air quality warning as a result of the dust.
