Private Collection have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager in their store in the Letterkenny Shopping Centre.
This is a full time permanent position.
- Promoting excellent customer service at all times in our store.
- Staff supervision and delegation of duties to the team.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels and assisting in the reordering of stock.
- Cash management procedures.
- Key holder responsibility.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1 year’s managerial experience in a similar retail environment.
- Capable of delivering excellent customer services in store, leading by example at all times.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and display strong leadership skills.
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
