Donegal County Council is preparing to grit all main roads ahead of another cold night.
Temperatures are expected to fall to lows of -2C in Ulster, with a chance of sleet and a few snow flurries over hills and mountains.
Snow fell in parts of the county this afternoon too.
Met Eireann is warning that there is a risk of frost and ice forming in areas tonight, with lowest temperatures of -2 to +2 degrees forecast.
Donegal County Council confirmed that all routes will be gritted from 9PM on Thu. 07/04. Donegal gritting route index as follows:
