Donegal County Council in in conjunction with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has proposed a new Road Scheme “N56 Doonwell to Drumbrick”.
This scheme is approximately 1.2km in length and is located north of Kilmacrennan, between the townlands of Doonwell and Drumbrick. The scheme will also consider the extension of the cycle facility south as far as Kilmacrennan and north as far as the R255 (Glenveagh) Junction.
Donegal County Council invites the residents of the local area, members of the public and other interested parties to participate in this first non-statutory public consultation between 1pm and 8pm on 27 April in the Lagoon, Termon. The aim is to receive views on the Project Study Area and the “local and national” constraints which need to be considered.
Local participation in this consultation is welcome and the Design Team would value any feedback which might help inform the development of the project.
Further non statutory Public Consultations will be held later in 2022 on the emerging Options and subsequently the Emerging Preferred Option.
This non-statutory constraints stage public consultation will be held between 1pm and 8pm on 27 April in the Lagoon, Termon. All welcome to attend.
