Letterkenny Tidy Towns will hold a free ‘Biodiversity Night’ event next week.

If you are keen to learn more about bee-friendly gardening, come to the Station House Hotel, Letterkenny, on Wednesday, May 4, at 8pm.

Admission is free – but booking online is required or call into Magees Chemist and ask for your FREE ticket.

“It will be a perfect evening for you if you’ve wondered about the natural habitat of honeybees, and were interested in finding out how pollinator-friendly gardening creates suitable habitats for them,” a spokesperson for the committee said.

This event will host two talks; covering the natural habitat of honeybees and what you can do to create suitable habitats for them.

You’ll also hear all about pollinator friendly gardening, and what we can do in the wider landscape to promote a more pollinator friendly environment.

Why not come along for an enjoyable and informative evening, and find out all you need to know to have a positive impact!
