Road closed following serious crash

A person has been rushed to hospital following a serious road collision near Lough Salt overnight.

Gardai have closed the Lough Salt Road from Glen Village to Kilmacrennan for a technical examination.

It will remain closed until further notice.

Gardai are asking people to use alternatives routes if traveling in this area.
