Frank Lampard singled out Everton captain Seamus Coleman as Everton avoided relegation on the second last day of the Premier League season.

A viral video of the dressing room after Everton came from 2-0 down against Crystal Palace to win 3-2 and confirm top flight football for another season for the struggling Merseyside club sees manager Frank Lampard heap praise on the Killybegs man.

Lampard singles out the Everton captain and says: “This fella is one of the best people I’ve ever met.”

The former Chelsea midfielder took over mid season while Everton were struggling in a relegation battle but the video shows he has the backing from the players.

Lampard also heaps praise on goalscoring hero Richarlison who has bagged six goals in his last eight game for The Toffees.

The dressing room then descends into party mode as the Brazilian celebrates their win and survival.
