Great sadness has swept over the West Donegal parish of Kincasslagh following the passing of a young local man, Pauric Bonner.

Pauric, aged 21, passed away from cancer on Tuesday in the care of Letterkenny Unversity Hospital.

The popular young Belcruit man had shown immense strength throughout his two years of treatment. He also benefited from the incredible support of his local community, family and friends during his illness.

Funeral Mass will take place on Friday May 27th at 12noon in St Mary’s Church, Kincasslagh with interment afterwards in Belcruit Cemetery.

House private to family and close friends.

A tribute from Mullachdubh Community Centre said: “Very sad news today of the passing of our young neighbour from Belcruit Pauric Bonner.

“Condolences from the Mullachdubh community to John and the Bonner family, the extended family aunts, uncles, cousins and all his friends.

“May Pauric rest in peace.”
