The Sweet Factory playground at Bernard McGlinchey Town Park in Letterkenny has reopened to the public this evening.

The park underwent a total rebuild in recent months.

Five months later, contractors moved off site this Tuesday evening, leaving it safe for families once more.

Mayor of Letterkenny-Milford MD Jimmy Kavanagh has commended everyone who worked hard to get the park open for the summer.
