Job Vacancy: Hegartys Home Interiors in Buncrana are currently hiring a temporary Receptionist for a maternity cover (12 months). In this position, the ideal candidate will work in a busy reception environment and provide administrative cover to the sales team. The contract begins on 1st August 2022.
Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage.
Salary: Competitive salary
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 until 18:00
- Greet and welcome all customers to the store and over the phone.
- Reply to all emails and social media comments.
- Answer the phone and deal with all phone queries or redirect to the correct department.
- Communicate with customers and liaise with staff making sure all queries are recorded and dealt with promptly.
- Assist with scheduling goods for delivery.
- Serve as an administrator to the sales team.
- Check that all email confirmation of orders are correct and update customer accounts accordingly.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
