Bonagee United Ladies were beaten 4-1 as they travelled to Cork to face Douglas Hall in the FAI Intermediate Cup semi-final.

Cara Lacey and Carissa Murphy both scored and a brace from Alison O’Connell gave the home side the win to advance to the final.

Chris McNulty’s side went 1-0 down after 10 minutes before Natalie McFadden scored the equaliser.

But Douglas Hall went into the half-time break 2-1 ahead and added to their lead in the second half.
