Burger Jacks of Milford recently received the prestigious ‘Best Gourmet Burger Specialist in Ulster’ award as part of National Burger Day 2022 – a fantastic achievement for a Burger Bar who opened only a few months prior.
The award was received on the basis of votes made by the public. First established in 2019, the company opened a new takeaway and restaurant earlier this year in Milford’s newly developed business and retail park.
They offer a wide selection of delicious food including fish, salad bowls and homemade tenders, whilst specialising in gourmet burgers.
The establishment currently operates from 12pm-9.30pm Wednesday through Sunday and are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Burger Jacks have recently launched a new lunch menu available from 12-3.30pm, offering soup, chowder, wraps, burgers & much more. There is something to suit everyone!
The Burger Bar also offers an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with food, and intends to soon offer cocktails, pints and spirits, to add to their current offerings of wine, craft beer and cider.
Due to their continued success, Burger Jacks are now seeking to expand their work force with roles available in the following areas:
– Chef/Cook
– Kitchen Porter
– Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
– Waiting Staff
Experience is necessary with attractive rates available for the right candidates. Candidates should be enthusiastic about the food&beverage industry, and enjoy working as part of a team and dealing with customers.
