Job Vacancies: The popular Charley’s Cafe fish and chip shop in Letterkenny is recruiting for three positions to join their team. 

Position 1: Part-time Prep Cook

Duties include but not restricted to:

1. Veg prep for daily use
2. General cooking prep
3. Preparing kitchen for daily use
4. Must have HACCP or at least working knowledge of same
5. Must have minimum 2 years experience backed up with references
6. Must be flexible and be a team player

What we offer:

• Competitive rates of pay
• 5 day working week (closed Sunday and Monday)
• Approx 20 hours per week

Position 2: Full-Time Cook

Duties include but are not restricted to:

1. Cooking food to order
2. Fulfilling orders on  a case by case basis
3. Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
4. Must have HACCP
5. Be able to work in a tidy manner in an open kitchen
6. Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment and backed up with references

Position 3: Floor Staff required

1. 2-3 years experience is essential in a similar environment.
2. Must be backed up with references.
3. Wages negotiable depending on experience.
