Gardaí are investigating the theft of a GPS system from a tractor in Newtowncunningham.

The incident occurred in Killyverry between Friday the 24th of June and Tuesday the 28th of June.

The GPS equipment is black in colour and is a Trimble CFX 750 with a magic box and AG25 and antenna, and is worth a substantial amount of money.

Gardaí are asking anyone who has any relevant information in relation to the theft or if they come across such equipment for second hand sale to contact Letterkenny Gardaí on 074-9167100 or the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.
