Gardai have again appealed for information in relation to the death of an elderly man following a crash on the main Letterkenny to Derry road last week.
Mervyn McClure (pictured) passed away after he was involved in a three-car collision around 11pm last Tuesday night between Newtowncunningham and Manorcunningham, near Sharon Glebe.
The second person involved in the crash, a man in his 40s, was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Gardai are appealing to any person who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Any road users who were travelling in the area with camera (including dash cam) footage is asked to make this available to gardai.
