A local appeal has been issued for the return of flower pots from the Killybegs Seafood Shack.

The floral displays were taken from the takeaway shack on the Shore Road on Saturday night.

Owner Mairéad Anderson has revealed that she has CCTV of the incident but is giving the person who took them a chance to return them.

Mairéad said the flowers were painstakingly planted and organised by her mother and father in law.

“These ones were properly amazing,” Mairéad said on social media.

“The fact that I’m having to put the flowers indoors now is torture enough.”
