Most people are used to seeing him fronting the news on UTV.

So if anyone around south Donegal happened to see well-known presenter Paul Clark then here’s the reason why.

Clark has spent a week learning Irish in the Donegal Gaeltacht.

The presenter was pictured outside O’Gara’s bar and even wore a t-shirt which read ‘Enjoy Cill Chartha….for the craic’

And judging by his tweet he is very proud of the fact that he now has at least a cupla focal.

He tweeted “So, after a week speaking, eating, and having a drink … in Irish – I’ve gone native… and even have the t-shirt to prove it. This is the real thing!”
