Met Éireann has issued a status yellow thunderstorm warning for Donegal this Sunday evening.
Storm activity is expected this afternoon and evening, leading to heavy rainfall which may cause spot flooding.
Flooding has already been reported in parts of Donegal Town.
The alert is valid from 4pm until 8pm for Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Leitrim, Sligo, Louth and Meath.
