Fun-filled summer weekend in store for Malin

Malin is hosting a number of fun-filled summer events this weekend. 

RNLI will be hosting a charity gig in McClean’s Bar, Malin on Friday the 29th of July art 8pm.

There will be performances from The Marty & Daves, The Untouchables, The Square Bar Band, Happy Hour, Sean Meehan and Mark Doherty.

Tickets are available via eventbrite.ie for €10 (including a booking fee €1.53), and will also be sold on the door, depending on presales.

The car treasure hunt will be back on Sunday the 31st of July. The fee is €10 per car and entries will take place between 3pm and 5pm, leaving Malin Town Green.

Campa Chionn Mhálanna is making its way to Malin Head from the 1st to the 5th of August.

The camp is Ireland’s most northerly Irish speaking summer camp and is open for teenagers who would like to enhance their Irish speaking skills or looking for an excitement-filled week.

The camp is $30 for the week and classes run from 10am-3pm Monday to Friday, with a light lunch provided.

The camp is open to all aged between 12-18, including those on holiday. Contact info@malinheadcommunity.ie to book a spot.
