Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Organise, control and monitor the flow of printed materials
- Check schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments
- Oversee the work of staff in the department
- Monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Interact, communicate and present ideas to peers and clients
- Attention to detail within tight deadlines
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Professionalism regarding punctuality, time management and deadlines
- Print & operation of wide-format machines
- Answering calls, managing incoming job requests
- Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
- Training will be provided on wide format printing equipment
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in the Print Signage Industry
- Knowledge and experience of prepress
- Experience designing large scale print and vehicle graphics
- Experience designing Exterior Signage
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Corel X8 a bonus)

Full Time & Part Time Administrative Position
This role is Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
- Plan meetings
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
- Maintain weekly schedules of employees.
- Invoices and uploading of Documents
- Organise and provide documents, reports and information.
Experience:
- Experience is essential min 2 years
- Must have own vehicle.

Signage Maker and Installer
We are seeking persons to install a variety of signs and graphics, in this role, you will be required to prepare the signs for mounting, and manage the placement and installation of the signs, among other duties.
Role: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the location safely.
- Ensuring the effective measurement, placement, connection, and installation of the Signage or graphics
- Performing maintenance and repairs to our Retail Shops & Rental Properties
- Good knowledge of various types of manual work.
- A sound understanding of the applicable installation methods, materials, and safety measures.
- The ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous work including lifting and working at heights.
