The Inishowen AC man finished in 16:42, six second ahead of Patrick Trimble from the Rosses AC.
Finn Valley AC’s Ryan Quinn was third in a time of 17:30.
In the women’s section, Fionnuala Diver came out on top, winning in 18:55.
Her fellow Rosses AC clubmates Martina Mulhern and Cathy Breslin were second and third in 19:54 and 21:51 respectively.
