St Eunan’s 24-hour challenge raises €5,000 for Donegal Hospice

St Eunan’s GAA club has presented a €5000 cheque to the Donegal Hospice following a hugely successful fundraiser.

Club members completed a 24-hour hand pass challenge in June, with Black and Amber volunteers of all ages working together day and night.

Members were delighted to present the funds to Donegal Hospice staff members Sharon O’Donnell, Shane Martin and Olivia Kelly this week.

The 24 hour hand-pass event was organised so wonderfully by Stephen McGlynn and his wife Judith, who are pictured above with their son Daniel.

A club spokesperson said: “Thank you Stephen and Judith for all your continuous hard work. It is hugely appreciated by the Club. We are delighted to support the great work of the Donegal Hospice through this event.”
