Atlantic Technological University (ATU) is a Technological University (TU) for the west and north-west of Ireland.  “Atlantic” conveys power, strength, inspiration, creation, vast horizons – a distinctive geography, rich history and shared heritage. ATU will offer almost 600 academic programmes from pre-degree to doctoral level to a student population of 20,000+ students supported by over 2,200 staff.

Head of Faculty of Engineering & Technology
2-year fixed term contract

The Head of Faculty of Engineering and Technology, ATU Donegal reports to the President and is responsible for the overall management and development of the Faculty.  The Head of Faculty of Engineering and Technology will be responsible to the President for the efficient and effective management of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology and for its development in accordance with university policy and plans. 

Salary Scale: €88,349 – €113,633


Selection Procedures

Selection will be by interview and in accordance with procedures laid down by the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Short-listing may take place.  Applications on the official online application form must be submitted online not later than 12.00 noon (Irish local time) on Friday 19 August 2022
