A disqualified driver is set to appear in court after being arrested in the Burt area.
The driver was halted last night by Gardaí from the Roads Policing Unit in Buncrana.
Gardaí confirmed that the driver is currently serving a period of disqualification, and they also presented what is suspected to be a false driving licence.
“The driver was arrested and was then charged to appear in court,” a garda spokesperson said.
