Block thrown through window of Carn woman’s home

A woman living alone had a frightening experience when a concrete block was thrown through the rear window of her home.

The incident happened at Millbrae Meadows, Carndonagh, at around 4:30am last Saturday morning.

Garda Niall Maguire said the woman was awakened by a loud bang and was badly shaken as a result of the incident.
