More than €14,000 was raised recently following the annual Elaine McGlinchey Memorial Tractor Run in Castlefin.

The money, in memory of Elaine who lost her battle with cancer some years back, went to a very worthy cause.

Pictured are organisers and some of Elaine’s family members handing over a cheque for a staggering €14,107 to representatives from Donoghmore National School.

Well done everyone on an amazing achievement.

Elaine’s memory will carry on in the everyday lives of children across the community.
