An attack on dozens of lobster pots on Mulroy Bay has left a local fishermen heavily out of pocket.

A total of 15 pots valued at approximately €50 each were stolen in recent weeks but not reported missing until August 25th.

A further 33 pots had their ropes cut but are repairable.
