Award-winning Donegal chef Daniel Lambert is sharing the secrets to truly delicious home cooking in his debut book ‘Lush’.

Daniel found the recipe to fame during lockdown when he started a TikTok account of mouth-watering fun recipes. He tapped into a niche of tasty meals that people actually want to eat. Daniel’s cheesy, crunchy, golden dishes, and a true appreciation for good potatoes, gained him over 300,000 followers and 3.5 million views, and international TV appearances.

The 26-year-old compiled 100 of his feel-good recipes into ‘Lush’ which is on shelves this week.

Sometimes all we want for dinner is comfort food, so whether it’s Salt and Chilli Chicken for Friday-night dinner, Irish-style Potato Nachos for when friends come over, or Cheeseburger Tacos if you fancy something new, Daniel Lambert has you covered.

Not only are the recipes easy to make, but readers will also be getting professional tips and tricks from Daniel’s studies in Culinary Arts at Letterkenny Institute of Technology (now ATU Donegal) and his experience in the kitchens of Neven Maguire’s MacNean House & Restaurant and Harvey’s Point hotel.
