A significant electricity outage in Inishowen has been repaired this evening.
The unplanned outage struck 5,845 homes and businesses from Buncrana to Muff at approx 20.40pm.
Power was restored a short time later with all properties able to turn the lights on by 9.10pm.
The issue is thought to be linked to a problem at the power station at Millfield.
