Pauric McKinney won gold in the M55 category yesterday at the National Half Marathon in Ratoath.
The Inishowen AC athlete finished top in his category in a time of 1:15:03, which left him 23rd overall on the Fairyhouse Racecourse track.
The club narrowly missed out on a team medal, with David Porter coming 35th and Liam Bradley 63rd in times of 1:16:21 and 1:18:43 respectively, leaving them 4th overall in the
Finn Valley AC’s Noreen Bonner was 2nd overall in the W65 category, finishing in 1:39:26.
Letterkenny AC’s Barry Mackey was 14th in the M55 category, finishing in 1:28:47.
