Daniel and Majella O’Donnell have put their Dublin bolthole on the market for a cool €760,000.

The luxury penthouse, which is in walking distance of Dublin shopping centre, stretches to a considerable 2,680 sq feet.

The couple decided to put the penthouse up for sale as they are spending less and less time in the capital.

When not at home in Kincasslagh, Daniel and Majella spend a lot of time in their sun-kissed hideaway in Tenerife.

The three-bedroom property enjoys views on three sides, two private balconies (one south facing), four separate bathrooms, kitchen/dining room with separate utility and a living quarters which could be used as a ‘Ballroom’.

“The separate utility/pantry is another luxury for apartment living, plumbed for a washing machine with additional storage space and the mechanism for the central vacuum unit.

“The living room alone is 70 sqm / 750sqft (approx.) with a dual aspect, private balcony and views across Dublin.

“The room which is as interesting from a design perspective as the architecture.

“The current owners have transformed what was a beautiful apartment into a stunning home.

“The three bedrooms all have the benefit of an en suite bathrooms, floor space in and storage is abundant and the consistently high level is again obvious.

“The master bedroom faces south towards the Dublin Mountains with double doors opening out onto a private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious en suite with his and hers suite, raised bath and separate shower.
