The Harbour Inn, Buncrana, is currently seeking a Head Chef, Sous Chef and waiting staff to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs to work in our busy hotel kitchen.
Duties will include:
*Controlling & directing food preparation process and any other relative activities
*Constructing menus to ensure variety & quality of servings
*Supervision & training kitchen staff of all grades.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations
*Proven experience in a senior position in a kitchen.
*Excellent communication & leadership skills
*Relevant qualifications & up to date HACCP certification

This is a full time permanent position
Full time & Part time waiting staff for our Bar and Restaurant
Must have experience in food and beverage service and available to work over a seven day period.
