Get the legwarmers out for a fun 80s disco this October in support of a special baby girl!

TJ Needham McDaid, whose mother Claire is from Drumkeen, will turn two years old on 7th October.

Little TJ was born with severe spina bifida meningocele, a permanently disabling birth defect, but despite her challenges, she is always smiling.

To mark her big day, TJ’s family and friends are hosting an 80s Disco in Arena 7 Letterkenny on Friday 7th October 2022. All proceeds will go towards a fund for specialist surgery and physiotherapy for TJ. She has battled against the odds all her life, and now that she has reached her second birthday, she will be able to travel to the Peto Institute in Budapest for treatment. The costs of surgery and treatment are estimated at €100,000.

All are welcome to dance the night away for TJ’s birthday at Arena 7, Friday 7th October from 9pm until midnight.

Enjoy all the classic 80s hits with Highland Radio’s Paul McDevitt and Marty Friel, plus finger food and great prizes on the night. Admission €10.
