Bohemians are still yet to comment on the chanting by their own fans towards the Finn Harps supporters, mocking the Mica crisis in the county
A small section of the Bohemians fans were caught chanting ‘You’re going down with your houses’ at the Finn Harps away support during the game, which has been widely condemned.
MICA campaigner Paddy Diver called the abusive chanting an ‘absolute disgrace’ and ‘shocking abuse’ and called on the club to condemn the chanting.
In the video, Diver says: “From a club that is supposed to be a people’s club, it’s an absolute disgrace, it’s shocking and it hasn’t been condemned yet.”
Bohemians made a goodwill gesture prior to the game, with captain Conor Levingston presenting a wreath to Finn Harps captain Barry McNamee in memory of all those who lost their lives in the tragedy at Creeslough and to show solidarity with the people of Donegal.
But that has now been overshadowed by the minority of fans chanting and the silence from the club.
Donegal Daily contacted the club and have not received any reply.
