A man has pleaded guilty to eight counts of sexual assault in Co Donegal – by kissing his victim.
All of the incidents took place in the man’s van on various dates in both 2014 and 2015.
The court was told that the man sexually assaulted the woman by “kissing her.”
The man appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court but cannot be identified at this stage of proceedings.
The man only replied to plead guilty to the charges.
The court was told the man has no previous convictions.
Judge John Aylmer adjourned the case to allow for a report from a doctor.
Legal aid was also granted in the case.
