Donegal’s greatest ambassador Daniel O’Donnell has broken another record and this time it’s not one of his own!
The Kincasslagh singer’s newest album which has entered the UK charts for the 35th year in a row.
The star beat out Taylor Swift and The Beatles in the CD only chart, coming in at number five.
Daniel said: “I am delighted to be back in the UK charts.
“I can’t believe that over the last 35 years I have had an album in the top forty each year.
“I am so grateful to all my fans who have been so loyal and supportive and helping the album to do so well.”
Daniel showed another string to his bow recently when he starred in his own Halloween music video.
The 60-year old made his acting debut in the hilarious Night of the Daniels with tens of thousands of fans tuning into the bizarre comedy horror.
