Finn Valley AC held their 50th anniversary gala dinner on Saturday evening in the Villa Rose Hotel.
Formed in 1971, the 50th anniversary celebration was due to take place last year but because of covid restrictions, but as Finn Valley AC media officer and MC on the night Chris McNulty said: “The milestone and the memories and success of the club meant we simply had to arrange this at some point.”
Awards were given out on the night to some of the most dedicated of the clubs coaches to show appreciation for their constant hard work over the past few decades, such as Club founder and Chairman Patsy McGonagle and wife Rosaleen, Neil Martin and wife Mary, and Peadar McGranaghan and wife Sadie.
Joanne Cronnolly of Stellar Photography was there to capture magnificent pictures of those in attendance on a memorable night for this successful club.
