Donegal County Council is advising that all main routes will be gritted from 6pm this Tuesday evening.
Met Eireann forecasts that tonight will be “very cold with a widespread frost, as temperatures drop to between -3 and +1 degrees, possibly lower locally, in light northerly winds”.
“It will generally be dry and clear, but becoming somewhat cloudier later in the north and northwest of the province with isolated showers developing. Some of the showers may turn wintry, especially over higher ground.”
ALL Donegal Winter Maintenance designated gritting routes will be gritted from 6PM on Tue. 06/12.
