A Donegal farmer has offered a €1,000 for any information leading to the recovery of 34 missing sheep.
The horned ewes went missing from Declan’s McGinty’s lands at Clogher, Barnemore recently.
Despite an extensive search for the sheep they have no been recovered.
Now and angry Mr McGinty has offered a reward for the return of the sheep.
At this stage he says he feels the animals have not strayed but were deliberately stolen.
The animals have blue markings on their shoulders and a light bit of red behind the head.
He said “It’s been 3 weeks since I posted about my sheep. At this stage it’s safe to say they have definitely been stolen.
“I’m going to offer a reward of €1000 to anyone that comes forward with information leading to the return of the sheep or prosecution of the person/persons who is responsible for taking them. You can contact me on 0868435586 or private message me.”
